What Happened
This website is published by GTK to warn the telecommunications industry about Termsat Inc.
A formal commercial agreement was signed between GTK and Termsat Inc. We fulfilled our obligations and provided telecommunications services. Termsat Inc. used our services worth approximately €4,000 (four thousand euros) and has not paid the outstanding balance.
We have contacted Termsat Inc. repeatedly and on numerous occasions, requesting payment through our billing department. They have not responded to our requests for more than six months. At the same time, Termsat Inc. continues to actively conduct business, seek new partners, and present itself as a reliable telecom operator — while refusing to honour its existing financial obligations. This is a clear breach of contract.
In email correspondence dated 24 April 2026, Termsat representative Alex B. Nkwagnou acknowledged the debt of €3,974.75 and promised a repayment schedule. That promise was never kept. No further responses followed.
